Dead Flowers

We did not know at the time that the company does not use local florists. By the time our gift was received the flowers were dead. The company put it back on me as my fault because we did not choose expedited shipping. In our opinion expedited shipping should only have been offered. They gave me a 50% refund on the flowers but that still does not make up for the poor quality. Our gift receiver said that it was the worst flowers she had ever received. We will never use this company again.

Great product-timing took longer

I loved the product, the flowers, chocolate and added wine was perfect for what I was looking for. Unfortunately it took a week to get to my friend; this time of year is understandable so I don't want to fault the delivery too much, however with flowers, I would have hoped they weren't dying by the time it got to my friend because they really were a beautiful bouquet.
